Big Brothers
Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago has been serving Cook County since 1969, and is one of 500 agencies nationwide striving to aid in the positive development of our youth. Nearly 700 volunteers remain the backbone of our program by serving as friends, mentors, and role models; all to help children build self-confidence.

Canal Corridor Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to preserving history, protecting nature and open space, and creating tourism destinations in the I&M Canal National Heritage Corridor. Founded in 1981 (as the Upper Illinois Valley Association) to advocate for the creation of the I&M Canal National Heritage Corridor, CCA has been working tirelessly since then to make the corridor the destination it is today.

The Chicagoland Toys for Tots Motorcycle Parade has become one of the most anticipated and exciting motorcycle events in America. Each year, on the first Sunday in December, thousands of motorcyclists come to Chicago to donate toys to the USMCR Toys for Tots Program and ride their bikes in "The World’s Greatest Motorcycle Parade."

- Brighton Park Neighborhood Council
Our mission is to create a safer community with a strong infrastructure, improve neighborhood schools, provide a voice for our youth and stabilize the local business and housing structure. BPNC is dedicated to developing strong grassroots leadership by utilizing the capacity of residents to organize and mobilize their own resources. BPNC serves a low-income working class neighborhood on Chicago's southwest side.
