Asian Social Network

Asian Social Network is an interactive website focused on posting pan-Asian events in Chicago. Events range in categories of entertainment, community, educational, social and professional. This website is a useful tool for those who would like to find out more about the Asian community and for those who wish to post their own events.

One of the website’s goals is to foster valuable friendships and contacts while giving people a chance to learn and have fun. Many of the events posted are held at various areas in the city and surrounding suburbs. ASN is an annual supporter of the Chicago Tribune’s Dragon Boat race (Rock the River) as well as a sponsor of various Chicagoland events such as Y-Me educational events, and various high-profile fundraising events. It also organizes signature Asian Social Network charitable events, such as the annual Locks of Love hair donation/drive that is well known and well attended each year.

Most recently, Asian Social Network has joined forces with other young Asian professional groups in San Francisco and New York City, and now posts events occurring in three major U.S. cities where a high number of Asians are concentrated.
